I am trying to decide what dvd's I would like to order...a hard taskx( ..
It would help if you could give me a hint on the weight work in the timesaver dvd. Since it will utilize the other dvd's, will the weight be moderate to heavy, heavy, light, push/pull, supersets..?
This will help me with my tough decision.
