BFL for Wed 8

Good morning girls,

how are you this morning? After my coffee I will do BFL UB! Did I mentioned I love my new workout room! I will post pic. when Alesia is here! She promised she will help me to figure out how to post pic.:mad: Oh, yesterday Alesia called me to tell me my DS got rear ended on the way to school! The other driver gave my son all his info for the insurance! Thank God the other driver has insurance, most drivers come from Mexico (El Paso is a border town) with no car insurance! I don’t understand how they can drive without car insurance, how do they get across the border? The police didn’t even come, go figure! Since DH is in the US, he is handling the insurance. El Paso had hail on Sunday and damaged both my kids’ cars. I’ll tell you, it never lets up! According to my kids the cars got damaged really bad! Can't wait to find out,how much that will cost us?:mad:

Kathy** Thanks! I will give Alesia a big Hugs from all of you! Sounds like you had a tough run yesterday! I need to check out iTread 35! I bought a bunch of iTreads before I left the US a few month ago, Alesia downloaded them for me, there wasn’t a single iTread on the CD??LOL! I remind her every day since last week to download the workouts for me, I want my iTreads workouts! Great job on your run!

Michelle** I was laughing at your post! I am the same way, I speed up whenever I see another jogger. WTW I am also a slow jogger! Great job on your run!

Amelia** sending your healing vibes for your back! Did you have a drink last night? LOL!

Melissa** sorry, I missed your post yesterday! We posted at the same time! Hope your enjoyed your UB workout last night! How do you like your new hair! I love getting my hair done! I need a hair cut soon!

Off to get another cup of coffee, then I will do my workout! I will be back to report my workout!

Afrer GL I will do leg floor work from TBSI think this is the one with the tubing? I love that workout!:eek:

Belinda-yeah...when it rains it HAILS! LOL It could always be worse, right? Hang in there, mama!!!

OK...workout done and I'm ready for the day. BFL LB and I'm feeling on fire! Quiet day for us today; the only thing on our calendar after school is DS' basketball practice tonight. It's at the Middle School which is just 2 blocks from our house so we walk there and back. Younger DS plays with some of the other younger brothers and I sit and get some reading done.

Got my yard all mowed yesterday and I QUIT! LOL I certainly hope that was the last time until Spring. I still need to tackle my garden though and better get a move on before it gets too cold.

ANYWAY...sorry to ramble.

Belinda – Wow! I’m so sorry to hear everything is happening at one time! I hope everything gets resolved real soon. I love iTreads, Grace keeps coming up with something new all the time and I’m amazed. I love all the variety, it keeps it interesting. Great workout!

Michelle – I just read your last post from yesterday and want to say “you are not alone!” I run a little faster when I see people coming too, lol. I really hate that it’s still dark in the morning when I start my long runs now, too. I’m afraid of falling on something I don’t see!

Well, I got up late again (after staying up for the Presidential debate and rehash that follows). I only had time for a BFL Upper Body Wkout (I had planned a short run after but got sidetracked when I came upstairs to grab my running shoes and MP3 player and then it was too late).

Belinda - ugh, sorry to hear you have so much going on! You must be so excited to see Alesia!!! And, I love my new hair-do, thanks for asking. I've been trying to grow it, but I can only let it get so long before I have to fight the urge to cut it off again!!!

Gayle - enjoy your nice quiet night. Sounds like you rocked your LB workout this morning!

Kathy - I've been getting up late every morning this week, so I feel your pain. ;)

I switched things up a little on my UB wo last night and I am feeling it. Instead of doing the BFL-style, I did 3 sets/12 reps of one exercise then 1 set/12 reps of a second exercise per body part. I really enjoyed it and I was able to up my weights on bicep curls...FINALLY! I've been stuck at 13 lb dbs forever. Upped it to 15 lbs dbs. I had to struggle for the last two reps but I eeked them out and it felt good!

Tonight is a CC mish-mosh. I think I have CCV7 challenge 2 + CCV8 challenge 3 written on my board. I love this combination!

Kind of a quiet morning today, huh? My excuse for not checking in sooner - after PUB I can't type! ha ha! My arms are shaking.

Belinda - wow girl - you sure do have a lot going on! I think it is the working out that gets you through it all! Can't wait to see your workout room!

Gayle - I always love mowing -- the first FEW times!! Yup, by October it gets kind of old!

Kathy - Glad to hear I'm not the only one speeding up! My problem is in this neighborhood there are soooo many people running -- I feel like I'm speeding up every block!

Melissa - Way to go for upping those weights!!!

Where are the rest of you??? I keep thinking - Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas -- gosh, I'm so glad I'm on track now! Day 3 of Week 2. Yeah!!!
