Good Morning Girls!

How is everyone this morning! I needed some bright colors to help wake me up,LOL! Im not sure what workout im doing today? May be a cardio on the TM or a full body weight work or maybe a little of both?

It has been a hectic morning so far.

I have to head off to work early for inventory day! My plans were for CM (Circuit Max have never done this one before) but I guess I will run later instead.

Amelia: Have a great workout whichever you decide on! :)

Morning ladies!
Enjoy your workouts later Amelia and Heidi! This morning I did 4DS Bootcamp Drills + 4DS Chest/Back + the stability abs on B&G. I’m going to try to add that ab workout more often because it has such great lower back work. I was thinking of buying a hyper extension bench (small, foldable) to try to strengthen my lower back but maybe this can work just as well. ;)

Heidi – I’m taking an English course and a Principles of Mgmt. course. It’s going to be tons of reading and lots of essays. I also have a term paper due by the end of the English class, ugh.

P.S. Steph, I made your chicken recipe with black beans in the slow cooker last week and it was a hit! My family enjoyed putting it in tortillas with some cheese. I’ll have to make a bigger pot next time for leftovers!

I had in mind to make that chicken recipe today. Glad to hear that the family enjoyed this as well, maybe mine will too. ;)

I got in some work and then came home to do Body Max 2 Cardio Blast. I did most of it except the Power Circuit and then ending cardio blasts. Wiped out! I added the abs and stretch segments.
My knee is a little tender today. I went to jump up to swat a mosquito and my knee sort of felt funny after last night. Going to take it easy on big jumps for a bit!!!

I have a physical on weds that I am not looking forward to! I hate going to the doctors!!! Debating to cancel but I know I should go. :(

Well...hello to Steph and Sherry hope you are doing well. Belinda...I hope you enjoyed your trip!

Off to shower and get back to work. Breaktime is over!

I am just starting BFL today, trying to get my meals and things together, I am a type II diabetic and I need to get my weight down. I am 25, I have a 5 year old daughter, I am an Accountant for a living. I get forward to getting to get to know you ladies

Hey guys! I have just briefly browsed the past few days of posts...I have NO time to "chat" right now but saw we have a newbie! Hey Tisha and welcome! All these fabulous ladies are very knowledgeable and willing to assist with anything! Here's the recipe Kathy and I LOVED!!! My DH loved it too and it's hard to get him to try, let alone like, anything I cook, health-wise...

No-Brainer Chicken
1 lb frozen boneless, skinless chicken breast (do not thaw)
2 (15oz) cans rinsed and drained black beans
2 (10 oz) cans drained diced tomatoes with green chilies
1 cup frozen corn
Fresh chopped Cilantro
Fat-free sour cream

In 3 quart or larger slow cooker, combine chicken, beans, tomatoes and corn. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours. Garnish with cilantro and ff sour cream.

Makes 4 servings
Prep time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 6 hours
Per serving: 366 calories, 40 grams protein, 4 grams fat (9% calories from fat),
0 saturated fat, 43 grams carbohydrate, 66 mg cholesterol, 14 grams fiber
