Best workouts for a trail runner

Cathe, I am an ultrarunner who is always looking for ways to get faster and stronger. I feel your step routines and your new workouts, drill max and buts and guts, have a lot of great plyometric moves. I can already notice the difference in my endurance and speed up in the hills. Can you suggest ways to use your workouts while incorporating my training runs (speed work and hill intervals during the week? I am currently gearing up for my first 30 miler in February since having my baby.

Also I think I have an idea of what eating clean consists of but can you give a brief summary. My bad habit is that I never sit for a meal and usually end up not knowing how much I really ate because I am two busy feeding my 2 kids. Any suggestions with that bad habit?
