I just did this one for the first time today....it was awesome! I have been looking for a new, fun kickbox sweatfest and this fit the bill!
 
Thanks for the recommendation! I've thought about ordering it, and now I think I might have to!

Me too. I just learned combo 4 of her new step workout and what fun. I had purchased her boot camp and it was ok, but I wasn't really thrilled with it. Now I'm giving her a second look.

I've got her boot camp, too, and though I like it, I feel like there's too much "breathing" time inbetween each section. I've been tempted to try one of her step workouts, but worry that it's just way too high impact for me. How does it compare to say, an Imax 2? Is the kickbox workout a knee killer?
 
I have knee problems and other than subbing another move for some of the jumping jacks, I didnt have any knee pain at all with KBX. There were few jump-kick moves similar to what Cathe does in Bootcamp too, again those didnt bother my knee. And in combo five there was a lunge-kick move which I couldnt get anyway which is fine b/c I avoid lunges altogether. I just subbed another move.
 
I love KB Xtreme once you learn it. I find I get a better calorie burn doing as is then with one of the premixes. I also love the music.
I too can't get the lunge kick turn around move. I sub forward lunges.

I have ASC2 and did it for the first time yesterday. I did the quick NRG premix. The workout is fun with great music. I find Toni to be a better modifier for step than kb. IMO. I think it could easily be modified to lower impact. Amy spends a lot of time at the backside of the step where I find it hard to learn because I can't see what she is doing. But once I learn it and I will it will be an awesome step workout.
