Anyone seen my lower body endurance...?

...cause I seem to have misplaced it. HELP! I have discovered that my lower body is seriously lagging with my upper body.

I really prefer heavy lifting, especially for upper body. I could do S&H Legs until the cows come home, but if you show me B&G or some other endurance workout for lower body, I'm terrified.

What is the best way to remedy this? First of all, I am sure my cardio sessions would be better if my LB endurance was better. Second, I want to able to keep up with all of those new plyo workouts that are coming with STS.

I have B&G and I reeeaallllllly need to order L&G, all of my other LB workouts are more strength focused.

Speaking of B&G...I haven't done that work out in AGES! I used to do the Leg Blast Premix all of the time. I don't think it ever got any easier! LOL I need to do that again one of these days. I could use a little lower boy torture with summer starting today....}(

You got me there. :p B&G is a SPECIAL kind of torture though. There's nothin' else like it!}( ;-) :)
 
Katie - Your LB endurance is probably hanging out at a Tiki bar with mine!!! I'm right there with you and am already dreading the plyo work in STS. Anytime I see air between Cathe's feet and the floor, I cringe!
 
........Leaner legs is an oldie but goodie and I'm sure it would help you find your lower body endurance.
