I have a question. I have been doing Imax2 almost every Saturday for 2 years (I love this workout) I usually don't eat anything before doing the video. I also have exercised induced asthma. For some reason I am having problems doing Imax2 lately. I get winded after doing each interval. I'm going to make a dr's appt to check my asthma. I'm 45 soon to be 46 am I'm wondering if my high impact days are over or do I just need to take a break?
