This morning I did WSFL cardio. I did 7 rounds of 60/60 ..got my HR up to 162 (still not stellar) and then for the 20 minute segment, I did Strike Zone and actually struggled with it a bit. My HR stayed around 70-75%. Cardio was 53" and I burned 463 with cooldown stretch included.
I'm in a bit of a funk. Everyone at work was in a bad mood yesterday and it sort of dragged me down. Plus, the party is over at work and it's more of a normal envirnoment with catty women and all!! LOL. Also, just got told I start working Saturdays........so I work this Saturday....6 days in a row! Joy. I've been scanning the help wanted to see if anything appeals to me. I'm still not very happy with no benefits and I'm getting a bit bored filing day in and day out and it doesn't seem they are going to be teaching me much more here. At least I have a job. Not trying to sound negative here....just venting.
I think I'm going to continue a few more days of WSFL and then I'll take a few weeks off and fool around with other DVDs and then I'll probably repeat it in a month or so. I'm sort of waiting for my new Dove workouts to arrive so I have something new to do. I wonder when Cathe's STS will be ready to ship?
Lora: Hope you find an appealing job to apply for soon. When do you expect your new Dove work outs to arrive? I just ordered a new KB work out so I'm excited to get that in the mail this week!}(
I am working the early shift this morning and then it's home to do my upper body KB work out this afternoon.
Would love to catch up on yesterdays thread but I am a little short on time. DS has his needles today at 9 and its almost 8 now! And he is still in bed!
Yesterdays workout was almost a 9 mile run. I had to take a different route home b/c the flies were so bad in certain areas and I knew that I would see them again out on the highway, b/c there are tons of trees out there.
Im gonna do a dvd today though, no running. It will be to warm by the time we get home and I think after his needles I will take him to the playground for an hour.

You'd better take that little boy to the playground after subjecting him to shots this morning! I would love to take Joey to the park today but it will not be happening. It's going to be like soup out there today. No thanks. I'm stayin' inside!
I did my cardio this morning, 20 minutes of HIIT and 20 minutes of steady state, all on the elliptical. It's so muggy right now that I sweat my arse off! Found the puke factor pretty easily this morning.
Lora, sorry to hear there's so much negativity around you. Try to be the bright one that brings everyone else up.

Got my workout in this AM before it got too warm. Low Max (1-4) premix but skipped the 4DS HIS abs 'cuz I ran outta time. The heat is bogging me down a bit - was out of bed about 15 minutes late ! Will try to get in abs after work and maybe a SS 3 miler on the TM if my workout room isn't too terribly warm by that time.
Am sooooo feeling DOMS from yesterdays UB workout ! And my legs are already sore from using the 8" step for Low Max this AM. Think the run on Sun. may have helped with that a bit. So every move for me today is that loverly good soreness from a good workout.:7
Lora - sending <<< happy >>> vibes your way that work gets better. So hard when you are in a place you really don't want to be. I think coming here to the forums and working out will help keep your endorphins going !;-)

After that I was looking for a Cathe vid to borrow a stretch from and something got into me. I ended doing a short interval cardio work out using Bootcamp. I did the cardio only premix and put 30 second rests between the segments. It was a great! It worked me but didn't KILL me! I'll have to remember it for future use!}(
Gotta jump in the shower now. Headed to mom's for dinner tonight.
