I have a couple of questions concerning the ab work in the new Intensity Series. When we're on our sides, with a medicine ball on our obliques, going straight up and down, where should we be feeling this? In the oblique closer to the floor, or the oblique closer to the ball? Also, when we're doing the oblique training by raising straight legs (balancing on the soft part of our tush), where should we feel this? In the oblique closer to the arm that is moving up and down with the movement, or the oblique closer to the arm that is resting on the floor?
