Ab suggestions

Hi everyone....

We all know that diet is a huge part of our success in reaching our goals. With that in mind....anyone have any diet suggestions to flatten out that tummy? Do you think that eating peanut butter everyday is inhibiting my success.

It really is a function of eating cleaner, plain and simple. If your PB is natural, it shouldn't be a problem as long as it is in moderation. Try to stick to a good ratio of carbs/proteins/fats at each meal. This in conjuction with a good ab routine and you are golden.

PB in and of itself shouldnt be the issue.... Unless its contributing to a very high fat % of total calories.
Culprits generally are:
* Overall BodyFat %
* Dairy bloat
* Too little water
* Too many starchy carbs (especially late in the day)
* Gas ;)
* High sodium content particularly in processed foods

Thats what I have found in my body
 
I can really tell a difference when I stick with whole wheat, wine only every two to three weeks, and exercise consistently. And yes, I eat peanut butter every day on a whole wheat bagel. If not for breakfast then for lunch. I love my peanut butter! I do buy the all natural with no added sugar. Good luck!
