A workout with no equipment

I would like to request some type of workout that has no equipment. I frequently travel, and would like to take Cathe workouts with me. Something like pilates/yoga/aerobics/toning without weights or a step (just for a change of pace, normally I like the extra equipment) would be great.
 
Yes, I totally agree with this! A workout that uses just your own bodyweight for resistance, or something with just a dynaband or tubing that can be easily packed in a suitcase.

No step, weights, or stability ball needed!

We want to take Cathe on the road with us when we travel!
