A Cardio Mish-Mosh for the Ultra-Fit

Hey, Sportsfans - I did this MM this AM and my legs, heart, lungs, sweat glands, and endorphin spigots are still skyin' . . .

CTX 10-10-10 warm-up, kickbox and hi-lo; THEN
I-Max 3 blast only premix; THEN
I-Max 2 blast only premix, omitting the recoveries by hitting the next-chapter button on your remote

Follow this up with Boot Camp lower body only premix, OR another short leg premix of choice, and then some kick-@$$ abs of your choosing, and all those Peeps and Choco-Bunnies will be a distant memory.

Two words...Dread Factor! I'll just stick with my IMAx 2 and Drill Max combo I had planned ;)
 
Oh darn! I don't have CTX, so I can't join you on this one!;-) I agree, you are crazy! Just the thought of doing IMAX3 blast only and THEN IMAX2 blast only is enough to put me away! I'll just stick with the CF that I did this morning. That was plenty for my 48 year old heart!:eek:

Hey...A-Jock...I'll give you a run for your money! You and I are totally alike so here is a killer mish-mosh I have. Hopefully you have theses workouts...

1. Drill Max cardio blast premix *add a 2nd round of cycle #3
and cycle #2 (total time: 31 min)

2. Imax 3 blasts only

3. BM2 power circuit segment 1-3

4. Imax 2 blasts only

5. 4D Boot Camp Drills

This workout rocks!

I think I just had a heart attack visualizing that work out Kristen. I thought the IMax 2 and butts and guts I had planned was tough! I thankfully don't have ctx so I can't do the first post either(hehe}( )

Hey, Kris! Go to the Forum's main menu page (the page where it lists all of the Forums); in the upper left hand corner over the Welcome note for the newest member, you should see a message "You have a new message in your box" - click on that and it should get you to your PM box for this forum. I didn't get an error message saying that your box wasn't enabled or that my message wasn't sent, so it should be there.

Lemme know if you still have probs accessing it and I will e-mail you.

I created a new mish mosh for the ultra fit adventurist....
Do IMAX 3 blasts only
IMAX 2 entirely
Hardcore Extreme entirely
Low Max drills 1-5
In full firefighter turn down gear and stilettos :p :p :7
 
I like Beavs workout suggestion, only I would skip the Cathe workouts entirely, but keep the fireman/stiletto idea for other "aerobic" workouts!;) }( }(

Oh and I have a great hip/knee doctor should anyone need assistance after performing these crazy arse workouts.:p
 
You'd have to scrape me up off the floor after that work out.
