Good morning Ladies!
Started my morning off with a dog walk at the park! Getting ready to have egg whites and slice of 7 Sprouted Grain toast and a tblsp of salsa! Lunch will be a salad w/balsamic vingerette dressing, not sure about supper yet!
After breakfast I'll do a Cathe workout. I want to do cardio but Muscle Endurance is really calling my name}( May opt for Cardio & Weights - we'll see!
I think I'll measure myself - especially around the middle!!!x( If you guys hear of some big scream in the east - it's only me!!!
