I'm gearing up for STS in a month or two, and I've gradually been doing my 1RM testing. For upper body it's no problem, but for legs I'm worried that, if I do an exercise to the point that I can't do it with good form anymore, I'll tweak my back out! I've had lower back issues in the past, and it's under control right now because I take good care of my back.
Any suggestions? TIA
