Well, today I did cardio and weights. It's been while since I've done it and it was fun. I hope you all have a great day. DH wants to go to a bar and watch the football playoffs today, but then I will have wine and that doesn't go well with Weight Watchers. This new lifestyle is going to take some getting used to.

Hi there everyone--sounds like you are both doing well with your workouts and good eating:). I got back on track with the eating yesterday and today has been going well so far. I did step works today and moved my step back up to 6" because my knee is feeling much, much better:7 :7.

Just did PS SLA, craving chocolate, so I'd better go eat something sensible (and maybe just a little chocolate}( --no sense totally depriving myself)

I went to my BIl and SIL yesterday for dinner, and I ate way more than I should of. I didn't eat alot, but what she made was fattening. I came home and kinda put together my calories, and I figured I reached a high of 2500. I was bummed, especially since I did not stuff myself. Well, now that the holidays are over, everything will kinda go back to normal. Sometimes no matter how hard you try, it is hard to control food when it is out of your control??!!! Hope everyone else is doing great!!!
