12 week challenge

Hi everyone,
Just did Push Pull for the first time. Not as difficult as I expected. I was going to do step blast, but my legs were too tired. Not that great with the coreography I would probably fall today.
WW is going okay, saving my points for some drinking tonigh. Not too much though.

Hi Lizzy and all,
I am planning to do PS SLA after lunch, so I will post again when and if I actually do it. I have not done this one in a while and my knees are a wee bit sore, so I'll probably go lighter than usual on the weight.

Lizzy--are you doing weight watchers on line or what?

I do WW online. I signed up last week and I really enjoy doing it online. Saving up my points for tonight!!! Push Pull only gave me two extra points(grrrrr)

So far, I have had a good week. My husband and I are going out to dinner tonight though. Going out and watchingf what you eat is so hard!!!! I did KPC today. That is a HARD workout. I had a hard time getting thru it today, I must be tired!!! Happy New Year everyone.

Just finished PS SLA. I got this workout when I was pregnant and never did the floor work then--man it about killed me for some reason. My knee felt pretty good on the standing leg work, so I will up my weight next time.

Lizzy--one more WW question--is it time consuming on line? I have a fit day account, but I only use it when my weight plateaus because it takes so much time to fill in all the information.

Lori--I have never figured out how to watch what I eat when I go out, so I can sympathize.

I am really enjoying online WW. It's a little time consuming, but it is getting easier to log things on as I get used to it.
I spent $60 for WW and the other day I read about Fitday, it is similar(WW is better though) If you are going to do WW, I recommend you sign WW online.

I have to say I am proud of myself. I started freaking out about going out to eat, calories, yada yada. Well, I am bound and determined to change my life, and learn to eat healthfully, and not always be on a diet. Yes, I want to drop 10 lbs., but diets make me fatter. So, I ate my salad w/ real cheese on it, I did order chicken, but I always do, I skipped the rice that came with it, and ate my veggies that came with my chicken. I was full and satisfied, and did not eat all of my chicken. I still was in my calorie range too. I just want to learn to eat what UI want, excercise portion control, and look at no food as a good/bad food.

happy New Year Everyone,
Unfortunately I did not exercise control last night. Drank alot of wine (after my sixth glass I wasnt' too conserned with points) But today is a new day. Don't think I will work out today, have a bit of a hangover. Not too bad, but I am so tired.
I have another party today and I need to do better than last night.

Lori--I have lost all my weght so far by making healthier choices, but not depriving myself and by watching portion sizes. Also in the past, when I had felt like I'd "blown it", I would just go ahead and binge the rest of the day--adding tons of calories I otherwise would not have eaten. I rarely do that now.

However:p , I did eay wayyy to much last night. Hubby fixed a surf and turf dinner for us all, which was very yummy, but then ate 2 desserts (oh the shame). Okay, so back on track again today.

I am very sore today from PS SLA and today is my rest day, so I will not give into temptation and work out (I want to because my eating was so bad yesterday), but my knees really need that rest day, so I won't.

Lizzy--hope you do better today:). Keep us posted.

Lori, I still have a lot of weight to lose, but this has worked for me so far. If I plateau and can't break it, I might try something more structured, but I hope I don't have to.

I did PS CST and 20 min on the stationary bike. I also bought myself some new work out clothes, so I felt really stylish for a change--nicer than wearing my "Fat" shorts:7. It was fun.

Only lost 1/2 a pound this week, but I am not surprised--my eating was not greatx(--so I should be greatful for that I suppose.

Hi everyone,
Didn't get any exercise in today. Had a long day at work and got home around 9. I did pretty good with my WW today though. I think tomorow i will do KPC with a Supersets premix.
I always use lighter weights than Cathe and I can barely get through her sets. Planks and pikes are the worst for me I start shaking immediatly and convince myself to stop.

Hello, just wanted to report thAt I am still on track. I did BootCamp today with the extra ub/lb premix. It was tough, but fun. Have a good weekend everyone.
