* 100 Reps workout 75 min intense high rep total body workout

* Upper Body Kickbox Circuit 75 min Upper Body moves alternated
with Kickboxing

*Lower Body Step Circuit 75 min Lower Body moves alternated
with Power Step

* Plyo-Pilates Circuit 75 min Pilates Sculpting alternated
with Plyometrics

* Core Power 60 min Sports moves alternated with
Core Work

* Kickbox Step plus Abs 80 min Kickbox workout includes
20 min Abs.

By the way, I'm doing the Disney Half Marathon next year(Jan. 9 2005)!
I haven't run in a while, so I'm planning to train soon , and hopefully have some new new CATHE's to cross train with!!

I hope Cathe does the 100 reps workout at least... I've had some amazing results with those!!:) :D
