    cool downs

    I love Cathe's tapes, but the one thing I don't care for are her cooldowns. I am not sure why, but I never enjoy them. Even the cool downs that I have taken the time to learn in full are frustrating to me. I usually stop the tape, do some abs and then stretch. Does anyone else do this?
