I experienced the freeze up in LIC as well. Didn't check Butts and Gutts but there's a glitch in cardio section 4 in Drill Max too, on mine anyway.

I feel so bad for you. If I were in your shoes I'd be upset too. Could be that you just didn't get the email for whatever reason. I think you can check tracking info on cathe's site by putting in your phone number. I think this only works after 9pm though. I got my notice and my # is 9213

I'm wondering about it as well. I had forgotten all about the "surprise" until just the other day when someone else mentioned it. Since I will be one of the first to receive my videos, hmm, I don't think I will tell and spoil the surprise for others. I'm just hoping our videos ship today!
