    Jane Your probably right, all I can remember is only working out 3 day's a week and I was in great shape, difference is I am now 43 not 23!!! But I do think if one overdoes it, your body won't let go of the fat, as it does need resting time.

    Hi everyone, I was going to ask the very same question, I have 3 kids, oldest 17, youngest 9 and I still have a pooch. I am at wits end, because it won't go, and I have a fairly good sized rear, so it give me a funny shape. I workout hard and find it harder and harder to lose this lower body fat.
