I've never heard of companies offering refunds on gift cards either. I would suggest your friend sell the card on the Ya Yas Swap, especially since I don't think the cards can be used for pre-orders. I hope your friend's finances take a turn for the better.

I don't think that Cathe works with flicketyfit. Anyone can buy someone's DVDs and rent them. I took them up on their free trial subscription but chose not to continue with it and cannot recommend them.

Will your upcoming or older workouts be distributed through retailers and etailers now that you have this distribution deal? If your older workouts will be made retail (Hard Core, Body Blast, Intensity series, etc.), do you know which ones and when it will happen?

I don't think people should or need to be bribed in order to do the right thing. Cathe/SNM don't need to set up relief efforts. If people want to give, you can go straight to www.redcross.org and give a donation. There are other relief organizations, too.
