I just got one and love it! It is amazing and much, much better than a juicer. You just throw the whole fruit in (even an apple) and it makes a delicious drink out of it. You have nothing to throw out! I hate tofu but I can add it to a fruit drink and even my husband and children will drink...
I have three young children and would love to workout in the morning. It would then allow me to spend time with the older kids in the afternoon when the little one is napping. I could also plan dinner and finally accomplish anything/something. It sounds great in theory but it is beyond brutal...
I live in Kingston, Ontario, Canada and ordering the high step seems to be incredibly expensive with all the shipping and customs. I occasionally go to Watertown or Syracuse, New York. Does anyone know if any stores sell the high step?
thanks
Hi - just moving this to the top - just curious to see if the time I commit to exercising is comparable to the time you commit to exercising. I know you are really busy so even just a brief answer would be appreciated.
thanks!
Cathe how much time (on average) do you spend per day working out? This includes teaching time and personal workout time.
I have heard that people with amazing results like yourself tend to workout usually at a very minimum 1 hour per day and more often than not its 2 or 3 hours per day. Wow.
Hi Cathe!
I really love your tapes and was wondering if you could give me a bit of guidance. I would like to train in the same way as you and Rhonda both seem to. From Rhonda's bio and your responses on the forum it seems that you both do around 3 cardio classes per week, 1 full body class...
I am not sure if Rhonda looks at this site but she looks awesome in the intensity videos. She seem to have kicked things up a notch between the ps videos and the intensity ones. What were the big changes she made? Was it mainly eating habits? I read what she did to train for those videos but...
It is sooooooooooo much harder (physically) working out in the morning (5 a.m.) than later in the day. I find this especially true for weights and can't lift as much and I feel much more sore the following days than I normally would. I always do a warmup before. I realize that working out in...
Hi Cathe
I am really struggling with finding a time to workout. I have 3 children under 6 ( the youngest is 11 months and still up at night) and I teach most evenings at 6. My husband tries to get home by 4:30 so I can workout but when all is said and done I get 30 to 45 mins and can't eat...
Hi Cathe - everytime I do one of your tapes I say to myself "She is amazing!" and you are!
I noticed that both you and Rhonda do one body part per day plus a full body class and maybe a circuit on top of all the cardio. I have started to do this and have noticed good results.
Do you...
Hi Cathe
I was wondering if you are/would consider making a set of videos that are similar to your own training program (i.e. 1 body part per day for about 25-30 minutes, legs around 50 minutes).
Thanks!
Hi Cathe - Having just had a baby 7 months ago I am in total awe of your amazing shape. You have inspired me to finally bite the bullet and get back into working out. I even dragged my husband in to look at you pregnancy pictures!
Cathe - I was wondering, you said in your behind the scenes...
Hi - does anyone know where I can get a medicine ball in Canada? I am in Kingston but also go to Toronto and Ottawa fairly frequently. I read in the postings that there were some at Wallmart in the States but they don't seem to have them here. Any thoughts?
Here is my dilema. We just got a dvd player and I recently bought the express series in vhs format. I would now much prefer to have it as dvds. Does anyone have any ideas on what to do or am I pretty much stuck with what I have unless I want to spend more money.
Well this question has plagued me for a long time.
I remember quite a while ago that Cathe said for her own personal program she did one body part per day (for about 30 minutes). Does anyone have any thoughts on whether it is more or less effective to split up Cathe's weight tapes to do a part...
Hi cmoroney!
I just read your response and I am totally in awe of you! Ten children and in great shape! Wow! How do you find the time? What rotations do you find give you the best results and when and for how long do you work out?
Hi Cathe
I really want to start doing yoga but I have no clue about how to include it in my rotation. As you recommended I do 4 cardio days and 2 weight days (to lose weight). How could I fit yoga in and for what length of time. How do you fit it in?
Thanks
