I would love a weight loss rotation that includes the Pyramids(my main workouts) and cardio & weights.

I sat here by my computer because I had gotten used to getting those late Friday night/early Saturday updates. But nothing yesterday from them!!!! Is that good news? Does that mean our DVD's are about ready to ship and that's why we didn't get an update last night? Oh I hope so!!

I also love that wedding video! That's one of the easier ones(if I can phrase a Cathe step vid that way!!). Then to have the toning section at the end is great! I will definitly get it on DVD once it comes out. Nancy

For the video/s that Cathe uses, do you need a ball that bounces or can you substitue a childs play ball? Also how does she use it? TIA! Nancy

Thanks kathryn and Andrea! I'll copy these rotations so just in case I decide to try it out, I can do it while I wait on my Intensity DVD's. It looks good! I never add a stretch/pilates/yoga day so it's something to consider.(especially since I have zero flexibilty) :) Nancy
