32 minutes I used the red band for all the exercises. Made it so it was more difficult. Next time I will use the blue band for some of the exercises.

I did the FUB today and really enjoyed it. I also did the low impact cardio bonus workout - really like that one as well. I was disappointed there was no cool down and stretch at the end.

The product is Bafang bicycle motor. There are different battery watts. You need to know things about your bike to get the correct motor. I got the Bafang 750watt and it is too powerful for me. A 250 would have worked. Doing a google search you can find these on Amazon...

my BF made my old mountain bike into a peddle assist bike - now I can ride with him - haven't been able to ride since 2005 due to knee issues. If I don't peddle, I don't go. Going up hill is a breeze - on strain on the knees. This can go fast which I don't do since I feel uncomfortable.
