    March 2025 rotation

    Thanks Cathe for the March Rotation. It was fun, sweaty and challenging. It was fun revisiting workouts that I haven't used in a long time. My muscles were challenged and I was actually sore. Looking forward to the April Rotation. Thanks again for all you do.

    Just finished Giant Sets from Strong and Sweaty. I can't believe that I rarely do this workout. It was challenging and a great sweat. This weekend I will be walking and doing the core workout.

    Thanks for the feedback. I might just wait for the series to be released and just order individual workouts. I prefer strength and total body workouts. From the description, I don't see many workouts in this series that would fit into that category.

    I'm doing the March rotation, subbing dvds as needed. Today I did Supercuts, haven't done that in forever. It was the sweat I needed. Honestly, I've never done a Cathe monthly rotation before until last month. I think I may do a full year of her rotations.
