Yes I totally agree with you. If you want to do everything it can just consume your entire day---I do not want to work out all day long but as you mentioned the premix for those additional accessory workouts for mobility, core etc is a great idea....at least you can fit it in without taking...

I want to thank everyone for all their input, responses, recommendations, and suggestions. I guess I was just getting overwhelmed with all the chatter from all the apps and instructors about longevity and mobility and stretching now coming to the forefront of what will keep us mobile as we age...

I have a question or am confused:( I am 69 years old and have worked out my entire life and still do on a daily basis. I was so excited when I heard of the new series Lift Move Restore etc and Elevated as I "thought" or rather assumed that this was Functional Training for the Actively Aging...

Great If you have a spin bike in your living room--otherwise--not so terrific for everyone else who does not have an indoor cycle in their possession:( My biking is all done OUTSIDE ---the old fashioned way and I personally love it:) Enjoying the outside air and socialization.

Hello I yet again could not access the Cathe Live--#539---all I got was a black screen -on Firestick---it loaded as usual but then the "cannot load" disappears once the class starts---today i did not get a cannot load---i got a black screen that NEVER brought up the content--- I sit there...

Hello I yet again could NOT access the Cathe Live today---the content didn't load and all i had was a black screen---Did anyone else have this challenge--it is getting frustrating that every week something else causes the content to not come on on Firestick?????

Did the workout ever come on---I waited about 15 minutes and kept getting cannot load and not found----hence I never got to do the Live for today---when will it be uploaded into the library?? Did anyone else have this problem today???
