I'm not much of a kickboxing fan, but this was good. I don't care for punching drills, but she does good combos and I improvise a bit.

I got mine today and I ordered on Feb. 17th. I tried out Fit Tower TB. I don't have a fit tower or a barbell and it worked out fine. Easy to do a substitution. Good arm burner. Really glad I got this!
