    I love to run. However I am on hold right now because my 8 year old son broke his femur and needs a lot of help. I do plan on running again soon and I had the same question about adding strength training. I am interested in the 10 day week as well.

    I have used Shakeology in the past. I really like the taste. It is expensive so I use a hall of scoop and only drink in 3-4 times per week. I can make a bags last 3 months.

    Hello, I'm new here

    HI there, I am new to the Cathe forums. I actually used to do Cathe's DVD about 8 years ago and since then I have done various other exercise videos from others and have become a runner. I look forward to getting back to Cathe's DVDs (which helped me get into shape in the past). :p
