    On Monday of week four of the April "Shape up for summer" rotation, the workout is "Legs and Glutes". Does this mean XTrain Legs or Butts and Guts? Or something else entirely? Looks like fun! I now have all the videos to do this rotation except one. Yay! Can't wait!!

    Is a barbell for Cathe's Butts and Guts absolutely necessary? Or can I just get by with using dumb bells instead? I've been interested in this workout for awhile, but I'm concerned about the whole barbell thing. I don't have one.
