    I Ran the Whole Marathon!!!!

    Wow, that is awesome! Congrats to you. I did my first half this year and when I got to the finish line, I couldn't imagine turning around and doing it all over again! My hat's off to you! Awesome job!

    I couldn't have said it better myself! I love not having to debate what to do for the next couple of months strength training wise. I just finished mesocycle 1 and I can already tell I've made HUGE gains. I put off buying it but based on the first 4 weeks alone, I would buy it all over again...

    What does your active recovery week look like?

    I just finished mesocycle 1 this morning...it's the first time I've done STS. I know I need to lay off the weights, but how intense do you go with the cardio during your active recovery week? Can I run, or is that too much?

    My First Race--Any Advice?

    Elsie, good luck with your race! I just ran my first half marathon, and there were nearly 20,000 people. I used my polar F6 with no problems. Have fun! The race environment is awesome!

    Love that workout! I don't get the DOMS I used to get from it because I do it pretty regularly. And for some weird reason, that bums me out. I guess I feel like I get less of a workout if DOMS doesn't set in? I know it's still a great workout though!

    Peroneal tendinitis anyone?

    I have peroneal tendonitis in my right foot. It's under my ankle bone, on the side of my foot, and when it is at it's worst it feels like I'm walking on a broken bone. My doctor prescribed orthotics for my shoes...I can't remember specifically which ones, but I can check if you're interested...
