Update on Lion?
OH great! I can't use workout blender right now either and am on a mac. I can't wait! How exciting, I will start to order more downloads too when I can use the workout blender :) Love my Cathe workouts!- meg.schopp

Yes KB Workout! I too would love to see a Cathe KB workout. I have a few now (18 & 26lb) and would love to see an intense KB workout by Cathe.- meg.schopp

poundage in STS
couldn't you just buy the cheaper plates for a barbell or hand weights pretty cheap? I want to say I got these ankle weights tht have removable 1 lb weights which i use almost like a hand weight. I bought them for less then $10? Just an idea :D I hope it works b/c i spent my money on the sts...- meg.schopp
