    Ok, with hubby sleeping on the couch, I did 23 minutes of floorwork for abs, legs and glutes which included a pilates glute workout I found on Facebook that is supposed to be 15 minutes but I was trying out the moves so it was only around 10 so I added in my own stuff too.
