Why is everyone on my case about dvd production. I wish I hadn't put that in there. It's just I thought it was good to take a rest between sets cause your muscels needed to recover. Did you think I was taking a swipe at Cathie and you coming to her defense? I can't imagaine not working out...

Doing your Chest & Triceps Gym Style workout and Back,Shoulders,and Biceps workout you do each set with little recovery time before doing another set. I suppose this is because of the cost of doing a dvd production. Idealy should one rest ,say for 2 mintues, between sets?
