    I own the gym boss, actually I have 2 of them :-) I use it in my treadmill for interval training. It has made a tremendous difference in my cardio training.

    Fluidity Barr and pullups

    I have a Fluidity bar and thought about using it for disc 2. Thanks for the suggestion. My problem is I work out with weights on one flr and generally use the bar on another flr. I'm excited to know others have used it and successfully.

    Info needed on Board used in 4 Day Split DVD

    I just purchased the 4 Day Split DVD series. In the Kickbox Plus heavy weights Legs and Core segment, Cathe uses a board during the heavy legs portion. The DVD doesn’t reference the board under equipment needed; I believe it’s a 2 by 4, can you please tell me the length?
