I gave birth five weeks ago and have experienced urinary incontinence since then. I've been doing kegals and it seems to help some, but i definitely still have issues and it's affecting my exercising. Has anyone else experiened this or have any advice? thanks!

Whole Foods also sells Westsoy unsweetened vanilla soymilk, it is the only soymilk I've found with natural vanilla flavoring AND no sugar!
I also like shredded wheat - only one ingredient! Very natural.
You have Illio Tibial Band Syndrome. Do research on the internet - it is a common problem for runners, but very frustrating. I have found that it is alleviated by stretching my glute muscles.
I can't tell if Legs and Glutes, Gym Style Legs or Lower Body would be the best for strengthening my glute muscles. I have illio tibial band syndrome and hoping to help it by strengthening.
