    postpartum incontinence

    I gave birth five weeks ago and have experienced urinary incontinence since then. I've been doing kegals and it seems to help some, but i definitely still have issues and it's affecting my exercising. Has anyone else experiened this or have any advice? thanks!

    RE: ?? about Whole Foods also sells Westsoy unsweetened vanilla soymilk, it is the only soymilk I've found with natural vanilla flavoring AND no sugar! I also like shredded wheat - only one ingredient! Very natural.

    Cathe and runners --- Running pain - why?

    You have Illio Tibial Band Syndrome. Do research on the internet - it is a common problem for runners, but very frustrating. I have found that it is alleviated by stretching my glute muscles.

    I can't tell if Legs and Glutes, Gym Style Legs or Lower Body would be the best for strengthening my glute muscles. I have illio tibial band syndrome and hoping to help it by strengthening. thanks!
