    45 minute weight workouts

    I am 43 and have been using your Pure strength, Slow and Heavy and Boot Camp tapes for my workouts. I also run 4 to 4.5 miles on my lunch breaks at work. The problem is since I have become a Mom I have to get up at 4AM to go into the garage and work out. It gets hard to do a full hour at 4AM...
