    ques. for you yoga folks

    I was wondering if it is ok to do yoga TTOTM? I had one video that said not to, and my "Bryan Kest Power Yoga" doesn't even mention it. Also, I've heard it is best to do yoga on an empty stomach, is it really so terrible to do yoga after eating?? Thanks for the advice!! Pam:-)

    A question about the Troy lite barbell

    cardio hits - how do you like it?
