I ordered the HC series from CK Sales. When they arrived, I could tell several of the DVDs were loose and floating in their boxes. I opened one and there are some scratches on the back. Is this something I take up w/ SNM or with CK Sales? Liz

I was looking at the description of the walmart high step and it says it comes w/ a 53 minute all-step video by Cathe. Does anyone know which video this is? Thanks! Liz
