    Today's workout

    Today I did IMAX 2!! That's one of my favorite workouts but I must admit it was my "nightmare of Genie" rather than a "dream of Genie" during those dreaded Genie hops!!! :+ :+ :+ I can tell I'm a lil' out of shape from bein' away from exercise!

    THE PENDULUM

    Which one??
