Can someone please share the link that shows the premixes for intensity series vol 1 & 2? Just got those DVD's. Haven't tried them yet, but did a preview. I'd like to know the breakdown. Thanks, Barb

I've printed out the list of pre-mixed for the body blast series and now have a question. When it says to insert card, pause if needed (or something like that)(or get ready for "whatever is next") what does that mean? Are "cards" supposed to come with the DVD's? Thanks, Barb
