    training to run?

    I have been wanting to get into running more. I have a treadmill. What is the best way to train yourself to run at a good pace. Rightnow I do about a 12 min mile (not too good) And run for 2-3 miles. Hope this makes sense. Thanks, Lizzy I am 34 and in good shape.

    Hardcore 2 month challenge

    This morning I did Imax 3 and core max #2. I only did the first 7, becqause my body couldn't jump anymore. I got up at 6:30 and it has been awhile since I got up that early. I feel great because I am done for the day and feel like I accomplished something. Have a good day, Lizzy

    imax?

    I have the HC series and never did any of the other imax's. I didn';t realize how much jumping there was in the workout. My body kind of hurts when I do all that jumping. Anyone else have that problem? Also, are the other imax very jumpy too? Thanks Lizzy
