    You would make me so happy if...

    Cathe, I would love to see a 6 day rotation with each day including 30 minutes of low rep high weight training for one body part (i.e. shoulders,biceps,triceps,chest,back,legs) followed by 30 minutes of hard core cardio. This would also work perfectly in a 6 video rotation.
