    Need Pointers on Pikes

    I'm having the WORST time trying to do pikes. I'm in plank position on the stability ball, but my body just will not cooperate. I have no problem bringing my knees in, but getting that rear end up in the air just isn't happening. How did you get pikes under control?

    Estimated Calories Burned?

    maybe i'm missing it, is there a listing of the estimated calories burned per video/dvd? i know it's impossible to give an exact number because there are too many factors for each individual, but just a general "Power Hour burns 250 - 350 calories" or something like that.

    Runners?

    I'm starting a running program, running 3-4 times a week, a goal of running 25 miles total weekly. What Cathe videos do you think would be complimentary? I don't want to overtrain my legs, but I do want to maintain overall fitness. TIA!

    Krav Maga

    i would love to see a cathe fitness video that is based on Krav Maga martial arts. i enjoy the kickboxing videos very much and have been wanting to incorporate Krav Maga, but there is very little to choose from. i know Cathe would do an excellent job.
