    High Step Challenge LOW Impact Version

    Hi Cathe - would you consider doing a low impact version of High Step Challenge? I have to modify all the high impact cardio to protect my knees. A low impact version would be great. Also, really loved Low Max and would love to see Low Max 2.

    Serious Weight training

    Something like Pure Strength only a lot harder for really advanced and serious trainers. Less emphasis on endurance. A body part split per day would be nice.
