    Substitute for deadlifts?

    Hi Cathe, I just recently strained my lower back so I'm trying to stay away from deadlifts.....but in meso 2 the leg workouts consist of alot of them. Any suggestions on what I could sub for them to work my hamstrings during the trisets? Thanks, Adrienne

    Anyone else wrapping shock cardio for themselves
