    Enough Cardio??

    For some reason, I only have the motivation to do cardio classes at the gym (spinning and step), Monday through Thursday. At home, on the weekends, I only have the desire to do the PS tapes and yoga. Am I doing enough, or should I really add a day of cardio at home? Maybe I don't want to do it...

    Spinning & Soreness

    I've taken spinning a year ago and just started again at my new gym. I know this sounds funny, but my crotch is so sore during and after - it even hurts to pee. Do those seat covers work? And if so, how much, and where can I get them? THANKS

    HI I was wondering if eating a multigrain (Thomas's) bagel (lowfat, 280 calories, 11g protein, 4g fiber) will keep me full longer and help prevent my sugar cravings later in the day than a minibreakfast of a waffle (90 cal, lowfat, some protein) and water? Thanks

    weights/cardio debate

    HI... The other day, my aerobics instructor told us that if we're trying to quick slim down a bit for spring break- next week- we should just do extra cardio since weights won't tone you up in such a short time. Is this valid? I know you can't really make a huge difference in a week. Speaking...
