    legs bulking

    Hi Everybody!! I always have my step at 8 inchs but, I have noticed that my legs are all buff. Tha sad thing is my arms are as buff. Should I start stepping at 6 inchs until my arms catch up? But I still want to get a good sweat going. Thanks for any reply!!! P.S Ya'll soooo FUNNY!!!!

    Has anybody heared of this? I was on this web site and it sound like it would be a good workout. But I would like to know if someone else has it before I buy it. With all the videos I pre-odered I do not want to waste my money.
