    How to get rid of fat layer

    I have great muscles, thanks to the Firm, under a rather thin layer of fat. Currently I'm running 3 days a week and doing heavy Firm workouts the other 3 days, which are lower range cardio for me. Do I need to add more cardio to burn off that fat?
