    unsure about use of slow and heavy series

    can the slow and heavy series be used for rotation for more than 2 to 3 weeks? I understand the "shock" value of the series but can it be used longer if you want? thanks. by the way i love these weight training series! all of them make weight training at home so exciting!

    in the new slow and heavy series will you complete one body part and move to the next (example biceps, then triceps) or will you alternate exercises for each body part? thanks
