    NEED HELP THINNING ARMS!

    Hi, I do alot of workouts, and enjoy doing arm workout. I use mostly 7-12 lbs. for arms, and 25-35 lb. barbell. Cant seem to tone my arms. Any suggestions? I'm only 5'2" so I have to really watch my weight since there is no where to hide it!! Thanks, Cheryl
